It was a super busy start to Term 3 for our Statewide Netball Teams, with all three teams competing at Wulanda in the first three weeks of the term.

7/8 Netball

The girls started the day strongly with a win over Mount Gambier High School, before backing it up with another convincing victory against St Martins Lutheran College.

Their third match proved to be the toughest challenge, coming up against a strong Bordertown side. The girls were competitive throughout the game but were ultimately defeated by eight goals.

They finished the day on a high with a win over Grant High School in the playoff, securing 3rd place overall.

The team should be incredibly proud of the way they represented our school, displaying outstanding sportsmanship, and teamwork across the day.

9/10 Netball

In week 2 it was our 9/10 girls turn to take on Round 1 of the Statewide Netball Competition. The girls started off strong with a win against Kingston in what was a very evenly contested game.

They followed up with games against a strong Tenison Woods outfit, Mt Gambier High and Millicent High and while we didn’t get the wins on the board, the girls should be super proud of their efforts and sportsmanship throughout the day!

11/12 Netball

A huge congratulations to our 11/12 netball team who have won through to the School Sport SA Div 2 Netball finals!!

The girls had a great day competing in the round robin competition against schools within our Zone, going through the day undefeated!

The team will now travel to Adelaide later in the Term for the Div 2 Finals, well done girls and good luck!!
