During Term 1, students from years 7 to 12 competed in the Australian Geography Competition. This year the students completed questions on Australian landforms, global population patterns and climatic regions.

This year saw some outstanding results. Alby Biggins, Lucy Lock, Larni Robins, Oliver Williams and Zavier Foster-Jones received a credit. Jasmine Dawson and Kelcey Dolphin both received a distinction, placing them in the top 10% in Australia. And a big congratulations to Sid Ebert and Bronte Watson who both received a high distinction, which places them in the top 5% in Australia.

Well done to all students who entered the competition. The competition will be run again in Term 1, 2024.
